What is my username?
Your username is usually your email address.

How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, click the 'Forgot Password' link located at the bottom of the login box.

What Internet browser should I be using?
Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge are compatible with our application system. Using another browser, or an outdated version of these browsers may case you to experience difficulty submitting your application or data will be lost.

How do I make a certain part of the application work?
If you are having issues completing the application, please try an alternate browser (listed above).

How do I upload a document?
Whenever possible, we ask that you use the appropriate place in your application to upload your documents. 

If you cannot find where in your application to upload something, there is also a place on your Dashboard to upload documents.  If you have any issues uploading your documents, please email them to applicant@lifenetems.org, so we can upload them for you.

Can I send you my resume?
We do not require a resume on some of our job postings.  If you would like to add a resume to your application and were not asked to upload it, you can use the "Upload Documents" section on your Dashboard to upload your resume.
